異型水路於PA6 C218 V15和鎂合金之無肋加厚車燈之模流分析

摘要


車燈加厚來改變尺寸增加流動均勻避免收縮曲,異型水路於PA6 C218 V15和鎂合金比傳統水路冷卻效果還好,異型水路隨著燈殼表面而冷卻,考慮用Moldex3D中MIM_Catamold_316_LA以及PA6_C218_V15這兩種材料做差別分析,因為利用材料輕量化來考慮燈殼對車頭的影響,並對無肋燈殼加厚度來改善流動。

The lamp is thickened to change the size to increase the flow evenly to avoid the shrinkage. The conformal cooling is better than the traditional cooling effect of PA6 C218 V15 and magnesium alloy. The conformal cooling type is cooled with the surface of the lamp housing. It is considered for MIM_Catamold_316_LA and PA6_C218_V15 in Moldex3D. Different materials are used for differential analysis because the weight of the material is used to consider the influence of the lamp shell on the front end, and the thickness of the ribless lamp housing is increased to improve the flow
