二十一世紀的今天,社會工作越來越重視在地活躍老化之社區照顧工作,為促使在地老化的社區照顧工作落實,社會工作將開始受到重視。本文旨在探討經由體驗感受後,對於在地老化與活躍老化之服務品質與滿意度之差異及相關性之探討。 研究結果發現:人口統計變數對體驗行銷策略模組存在顯著性差異,因此,應針對不同背景之活力站長輩進行更細緻的瞭解提昇其在體驗行銷策略模組之感受,進而提昇其對服務品質的認知及滿意度。最後,提出建議供相關研究參考之用。
Taday, twenty-first century, social worker pay more attention to active aging in the community or aging in place. To premote aging in place, social work will become more and more importance. The purpose of this stady explored the difference and correlation between service guality and satisfoction about the service providing from vitality station in the community. The results showed that: demographic variables on experiential marketing strategy module existed significant difference Therefore at viality stations in the community, the more understanding about the backgronds of the elderly will be helpful to enhance the elderly feelings of experiential marketing strategy module. It is also beneficial to enhance the elderly’s awareness of good serrice quality and their satisfaction. Finally, the results provided some suggestions for the futural research.
