以平衡計分卡建構疫情後企業策略地圖-以某工程用不織布中小企業為例

摘要


本研究旨在分析地工不織布生產個案公司在疫情後的經營現況,並使用平衡計分卡四大構面探究未來經營管理策略,先對個案公司進行SWOT分析,並參考平衡計分卡四大構面擬定訪談大綱,再透過深度訪談法取得訪談內容,並彙整訪談內容繪製個案策略地圖,進一步規劃個案公司行動方案。 策略目標提出以產品創新為建議,於疫情後的工程淡季,增加工業用濾水布與空氣濾布產線,減少產品單一化問題,增加整體營收;此外在內部流程構面,建議開發資訊管理流程,穩定產品品質與掌握庫存,本文結論可提供個案公司經營現況與未來營運提供管理策略,做為民間中小企營運參考。

The purpose of this study is to analyze the operation status of the non-woven fabric production case companies in the field of construction after the epidemic, and use the four dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard to explore future business management strategies. The interview outline was drawn up, and the interview content was obtained through the in-depth interview method, and the interview content was compiled to draw a case strategy map, further plan the case company action plan, and put forward product innovation as a suggestion to increase industrial water filtration in the off-season after the epidemic. Cloth and air filter cloth production lines can reduce the problem of product simplification and increase overall revenue; in addition, in terms of internal processes, it is recommended to develop information management processes to stabilize product quality and control inventory, and hope to provide information on the current and future operations of individual companies. Management strategy, as a reference for the operation of private SMEs.
