良好的經營體質是企業穩定獲利的來源,也是締造亮眼績效的前提,尤其在瞬息萬變的時代裡,企業要適應多變的競爭環境就需要強健的體質;而「人」是組織中最重要的資產,從組織管理與人力資源的角度,能夠創造組織成員對組織的忠誠度與向心力,並讓組織成員為組織發揮所長,就有賴提升員工的組織承諾。因此本研究旨在探討企業經營體質與企業員工組織承諾之關聯性,並以被哈佛商業評論為75年來最具影響力的策略管理工具「平衡計分卡」,為企業經營體質的基礎。本研究是以中部某製造業為研究對象,透過便利取樣以進行問卷調查,共發出110份,有效問卷85份,回收率為77.2%,再使用SPSS統計軟體進行分析,其研究結果發現如下: 1.企業經營體質與組織承諾各構面具有顯著關聯。 2.不同員工屬性與企業經營體質具有部分顯著關聯。 3.不同員工屬性與組織承諾具有部分顯著關聯。
A well organized enterprise constitution is not only a source of corporate profits, but also a key to create a success outcome of performance. Therefore, in the era of change, a corporation needs to adapt the environmental changes quickly. From the perspective of organizational management and human resources, "Human Resource Management” is the key asset of an organization. In order to increase employee’s loyalty and solidarity, and further more to discover their potential, an organization shall have a well organized human resource management system to enhance employee’s commitment to the organization. The research of this subject was to explore the relationship between the enterprise’s constitution and organizational commitment. The most influential strategic management tool is Balanced Scordcard in 75 years of Harvard Business Review, as known as the basis of the enterprise’s constitution and the basis was built by key successful factors of BSC. In fact, a questionnaire survey has been conducted targetng a Manufacturing Enterprise in Taichung. A total of 110 copies of questionnaires were distributed randomly, 85 respondents were counted as valid and resulting in a valid response rate of 77.2%. The SPSS statistical analysis software has been utilized to conduct this research. After the analysis of the poll, three conclusions of this research are as the following: 1.Enterprise’s constitution has significant influences with employees' constitution and organizational commitment. 2.Employees from different attributes have a significant influences difference with enterprise’s constitution partial. 3.Employees from different attributes have a significant influences difference with employees’s organizational commitment.
