消防局外勤人員職場友誼與工作壓力、工作倦怠之研究

消防局外勤人員職場友誼與工作壓力、工作倦怠之研究學生：崔立新指導教授：賈棟忠嶺東科技大學企業管理系碩士班摘要本研究針對消防局外勤人員進行職場友誼與工作壓力、工作倦怠關係之相關研究，採問卷調查法，共發出350份問卷，有效問卷276份，有效回收率79%。所得資料以敘述性統計分析、信度效度分析、相關分析及迴歸分析等方法進行檢驗，經由實證結果發現：一、不同背景的消防機關外勤人員對職場友誼、工作壓力與工作倦怠均無顯著差異。二、消防機關外勤人員的職場友誼與工作壓力之關係為顯著負相關。三、消防機關外勤人員之工作壓力與工作倦怠之間有顯著相關。四、消防機關外勤人員之工作壓力與工作倦怠之間有顯著札相關。五、消防機關外勤人員之職場友誼與工作倦怠之間顯著負相關。六、職場友誼會透過工作壓力對工作倦怠具有部份中介效果。關鍵字：職場友誼、工作壓力、工作倦怠

Research on the Friendship at Workplace and Working Pressure and Job Burnout of Fieldwork Fireman in Fire Department Student： LI-HSIN TSUI Advisor： TUNG-CHUNG CHIA Graduate Institute of Business Adminstration Ling Tung University ABSTRACT This article mention about the friendship at workplace, working pressure, and job burnout about fieldwork firefighters in Fire Department. It also takes questionnaire survey and sends out around 350 copies. There are 276 copies , and the return rate is 79%. All the gathering data are tested by descriptive statistic analysis, reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis . We can find as below through the empirical results: 1. There are not significant differences on friendship at workplace, working pressure, and job burnout between background of fieldwork firefighters . 2. The significant negative correlation was formed between friendship at workplace and working pressure . 3. The positive correlation was formed between working pressure and job burnout of fieldwork firefighters from fire department . 4. The positive correlation was formed between working pressure and job burnout of fieldwork firefighters from fire department . 5. The negative correlation was formed between friendship at workplace and job burnout of fieldwork firefighters from fire department . 6.
