公務人員的工作壓力、工作倦怠等問題,在美日等先進國家受到有關當局相當重視,且由過去的研究顯示職場友誼對工作壓力與工作倦怠之關係,呈現亦正亦負的結果,目前尚無實證研究說明公家機關會審人員職場友誼與工作壓力、工作倦怠呈現何種關係,因此本研究目的以公家機關會計、審計人員為研究對象,瞭解職場友誼與工作壓力、工作倦怠之關係。本研究採問卷調查,實證研究結果發現(1)職場友誼與工作壓力呈現顯著負相關,係因好的職場友誼有助於建立良好的人際關係,良好人際關係不僅減少工作者彼此間的互動隔閡,有助於相關的資訊分享、資源流通,降低工作壓力。(2)職場友誼與工作倦怠呈現顯著負相關,因為好的職場友誼創造了肯定的工作環境,緩和工作者的倦怠,因此職場友誼越好工作倦怠會越低。
The issues of civil servants’ job pressure and ennui have been focused by authorities concerned, including such developed countries as America and Japan. The past study indicates workplace friendship indeed has an effect on job pressure and ennui; however, whether workplace friendship among accounting officials influences their job pressure and ennui or not has not been carefully scrutinized. As a result, with accounting officials acting as an object of study, the thesis aims to investigate the relationship between workplace friendship and job pressure and the connection between workplace friendship and job ennui. The questionnaire is adopted in the study and we have found two important findings from the research, which are summarized as follows. 1. Negative correlation plays a role between workplace friendship and job pressure; that is, workplace friendship helps develop good personal friendship, which further clarifies misunderstand between employees and builds up a system of information-sharing, message-circulating and tension-reducing measures. 2. There is a negative correlation between workplace friendship and job ennui, which means good workplace friendship not only helps cultivate a positive working condition but alleviates workers’ tiredness. In short, better workplace friendship results in less job ennui.
