本研究旨在瞭解全台大專校院輔導人員情緒勞務、工作壓力與工作倦怠之現況;探討情緒勞務、工作壓力與工作倦怠間之關聯性;以及預測以情緒勞務為中介變項探討工作壓力對工作倦怠造成的影響情形。本研究針對全台大專校院輔導人員以網路問卷的方式進行發放,共計回收了251份有效問卷。研究結果發現:一、婚姻狀態對工作倦怠感受有顯著差異,未婚者大於已婚者。二、年齡對工作倦怠感受也有顯著差異,年齡30歲以下的大專校院輔導人員工作倦怠感受大於41歲以上的大專校院輔導人員。三、學校所在地對工作壓力感受有顯著差異,北部大於南部。四、工作壓力針對工作倦怠具有顯著正向影響。五、情緒勞務對工作倦怠具有顯著正向影響。六、工作壓力對情緒勞務具有顯著正向影響。七、情緒勞務對工作壓力與工作倦怠間具有中介效果。
This study aimed to understand the current situation of Taiwan university counselors’ emotional labor, job stress and job burnout variables. The correlation of job stress, burnout and emotional labor and their future changes were examined in relation to emotional labor, considering the effects of job stress on burnout. And a Questionnaire survey was administered to the study’s target population, Taiwan colleges and university counselors. A total of valid questionnaires were collected 251. Than the results indicated significant differences between job burnout of married individuals as compared to those who are not married, with greater stress amongst the married. Significant differences were seen in age, where individuals below thirty years experienced greater job burnout than individuals aged forty one and above. Schools located in the north showed greater occupation stress than those in the South. Significant positive impact existed among occupation pressure and job burnout, emotional labor and job burnout, job stress and emotional labor and; intermediary effects of emotional labor on job-related stress, job burnout.
