本研究之目的在:1.了解中老年人之運動型態及頻率: 2.分析不同連動行為 的中老年人在主觀健康狀態方面之差異。 本研究採橫斷面之研究,以台北縣40歲(含)以上的中老年人為母群體,以 多步驟抽樣法進行抽樣,計抽出2000人。因空戶、未遇等因素得實際可分析樣本共986人。資料之收集方式則是以訪員進行家戶訪問。主要研究結果為: 1.中老年人的運動型態多屬於低強度(散步、體操、國術、太極拳)的運動型態。2.整體而言,有35%的中老年人從事規則性的運動。3.從事規則性運動的中老年人在主觀的健康狀態方面(自覺健康狀態程度、休養程度、心理健康程度、壓力處理程度)都較無規則運動者為佳。
The purpose of the study were to investigate the exercise pattern and frequency of the adu It and the aged (≧40 years) ,and to understand what differences of the Subjective health status between the exercise behavior. Multiple random sampling was used to select 2,000 subjects from the adult and the aged in Taipei country. The data for the analysis came from the visiting of 986 members in late 1990. The results of this study showed that: (1)the exercise pattern of the adult and aged belongs to low intensity, like walking, gymnastics; (2)there were 35%participate the regular exercise: (3)there were significant better for regular exercise in subjective health status (like perception of the health, resting level, mental health, and the stress management) than no regular exercise.
