運動介入對於學童健康體適能及健康生活型態之影響-以高雄市為例 摘 要 本研究的目的在探討運動介入對國小學童健康體適能及健康生活型態之影響。本研究以高雄市七所國小學童體適能常模百分等級未達25之學生為對象,經學生與家長同意,計有166位學童參與運動介入訓練,為期10週、每週2次、每次60分鐘。研究對象於訓練前後接受健康體適能檢測與填寫規律運動和生活作息問卷,本研究透過SPSS 17.0版本進行統計分析,研究結果之顯著水準設定為α=.05。研究結果為:一、經過10週運動介入後,學童的柔軟度、肌肉適能、瞬發力、心肺適能前後測皆達顯著水準(p<.05)。二、學童的規律運動問卷,在毎週累積運動時間及每週平均運動天數兩項前後測達顯著水準(p<.05)。三、學童的生活作息問卷,在吃早餐習慣及食用豐富纖維食物兩項前後測達顯著水準(p<.05)。本研究之結論,運動介入對國小學童柔軟度、肌肉適能、瞬發力、心肺適能等有明顯進步,顯示運動介入有助於對健康體適能的提升,並且對於規律運動情形及部分生活作習方式亦有幫助。
The Effects of Exercise Intervention on Elementary School Students’ Fitness and Health Lifestyle- A Case Study of Kaoshiung City Abstract This study is aimed to discuss the effects of exercise intervention on elementary school students’ fitness and health lifestyle. The participants of this study are schoolchildren, who are lower than 25% percentile rank in the norm, from 7 elementary schools in Kaohsiung. Also, students and their parents all agreed upon it. There were total 166 students participated in this exercise intervention training, which lasted for ten weeks, twice a week, and 60 minutes each time. All the participants had to take the test of health-related physical fitness and filled in the questionnaire of regular exercise and daily routine before and after training. The data of this study was analyzed through SPSS version 17.0, and we set the level of significance at .05(α=.05). The following is the outcome of this study. First, after exercise intervention of ten weeks, schoolchildren’s flexibility, fitness of muscle, explosive strength and cardio-pulmonary endurance all reach the level of significance both on pretest and post test (p<.05). Second, schoolchildren’s questionnaire of regular exercise reaches the level of significance on accumulating amount of exercise time per week and average days of exercise per week both on pretest and post test (p<.05). Third, schoolchildren’s questionnaire of daily routine reaches the level of significance on habits of eating breakfast and eating abundant fiber foods both on pretest and post test (p<.05).The conclusion of this study is that exercise intervention improves elementary school students’ flexibility, fitness of muscle, explosive strength and cardio-pulmonary endurance. It indicates that exercise intervention promotes physical fitness. Moreover, it is contributive to the situation of regular exercise and lifestyle partly.
