This study mainly uses linear programming using data envelopment analysis to evaluate the efficiency indexes CRSTE, VRSTE and SCALE levels of Taiwan's listed construction companies from 2016 to 2019, with an average of 0.7983, 0.8606 and 0.9283, respectively. During the estimation period, 20.17% of the production technology inefficiency of the listed construction companies in Taiwan was assessed. The source of inefficiency was 13.94% from the inefficiency of DMU management, and 7.17% came from the small scale and inefficiency of Taiwan’s listed construction companies. Regression analysis shows that the percentage of shares held by the directors and supervisors, the percentage of pledged by the directors and supervisors, and the total assets have a positive and significant impact on CRSTE, VRSTE and SCALE.
