報關業員工工作價值觀、工作-家庭衝突與工作績效關聯性之研究

摘要


台灣是一個海島型國家,經濟發展是以國際貿易為主體,每次國際貿易的完成皆需要透過專業的報關服務,因此,準確通關、時效掌控與安全可靠的「進、出口報關服務」絕對是台灣進出口廠商致勝關鍵最重要的一環。報關業是以「人」為主的服務業,是經驗及專業度、複雜度相當高的行業,因此員工是企業最大最重要的資產,想要突破局限、提升業績,必須優化員工工作績效,以提升整體實力,使企業得以永續經營。 本研究探討報關業員工之工作價值觀、工作-家庭衝突與工作績效關聯性,以中部大型報關公司體系為研究對象,以問卷發放方式進行資料樣本蒐集,運用相關分析及迴歸分析進行研究假的驗證。其研究結果顯示:(1)在不同個人背景變項在工作價值觀、工作-家庭衝突與工作績效部分顯著差異;(2)報關業員工的「工作價值觀」對「工作績效」具有顯著正向關係。並以研究結果提出建議可供各部門管理者及人資部門參考,以提升員工工作效能,進而創造員工與企業雙贏的營運績效。

Taiwan is an island country. Its economic development is dominated by international trade and the completion of each international trade requires professional customs declaration service. Therefore, "accurate customs clearance", "timeliness control", and "import and export customs declaration services of safe and reliable" are definitely the most important part of Taiwanese import and export manufacturers’ success. The customs brokerage firm is a service industry dominated by "people", which is a highly experienced, professional and complex industry. As a result, employees are the biggest and most important asset of an enterprise. To break through the limitations, improve performance and operate continuously, the company must optimize employee's work efficiency to enhance their overall strength. This research explores the relationship between the work values, work-family conflict and work performance of customs brokers. It takes the large-scale customs declaration company system in central Taiwan as the research object to collect data samples by questionnaire distribution and verify research fakes by the correlation analysis and regression analysis. The research results show that: (1) There are significant differences in work values, work-family conflicts and work performance in different personal backgrounds variables. (2) The "work values" of customs brokers have a great positive relationship with "work performance". The suggestions based on the results are made for reference by managers of various departments and human resources department. To improve the work efficiency of employees, thereby creating a win-win operation performance for employees and their company.
