企業社會責任(CSR)以往被認為只是企業執行的社會慈善事業,現今已逐漸成為企業經營管理重要的環節。營建業是勞力密集的產業,在國家經濟發展的過程中扮演重要角色,其承擔國家基本建設任務,與人民生活關係至為密切。雖屬傳統產業,其發展不僅直接影響相關產業,更是攸關百姓的生命財產安全。因此,本研究以營建業員工為主要研究對象,藉由此研究探知營建業員工對於企業實踐企業社會責任認知現況 ,探討營建業員工對於「企業社會責任」與「工作滿意度」之關聯性,並驗證企業履行企業社會責任的同時,是否亦會對其員工之工作滿意度具有正向影響。 為達成本研究目的,首先蒐集企業社會責任及工作滿意度之相關文獻進行分析與探討,本研究選定中華民國臺灣地區的土木工程營造業的營造公司員工為研究對象,採以發放實體問卷形式,調查營建業員工對於企業社會責任之認知程度與企業社會責任之公司員工對於企業社會責任及工作滿意度之關聯,以實證分析並瞭解兩者關聯性現況,發放期間自2016年3月1日至2016年3月31日為止,共收回有效問卷305份,資料蒐集後以敘述統計、t檢定與單因子變異數分析進行研究分析。 根據研究結果顯示,不同性別、年齡、年資、婚姻狀況、學歷、職務與公司規模之員工在企業社會責任認知方面有顯著差異且證實企業善盡企業社會責任可以提高員工的工作滿意度。此結果可供企業經營者、政府、社會大眾及學術研究與實務的參考。
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) had been considered just a social charity business executive, now has gradually become an important part of business management. The construction industry is labor-intensive industries , which played an important role in the country's economic development and commitment to the state's basic task. Therefore, employees of the construction industry are the main object of this study. And discuss the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility and Employees’ Job Satisfaction , verify whether company implement CSR will have a positive effect on job satisfaction of employees. In order to meet the goals, firstly , the literature review concerning CSR is conducted. Lastly, the corperate-questionnaire survey cases are investigated to study the Employees. A total of 305 valid questionnaires were returned. Data are collected for describing the statistic ,t-Test and executing ANOVA for further analysis. According to the result of the research ,employees’ backgrounds will show differences in CSR. Enterprises fulfill corporate social responsibility can increase employee job satisfaction has been confirmed. The study can be used for reference while the business is pursuing CSR.
