國軍兵力結構為因應敵情威脅及戰爭型態,依「打、裝、編、訓」之思維,結合武器裝備籌獲期程及國防資源分配,以致三軍部隊之類型、編組之差異,產生不同之軍兵種文化。本文主要在探討軍事組織中領導者風格與工作壓力及工作品質間因不同變數所產生之差異關係,並按造研究所獲結果研擬建議,希望能對軍事組織所行之領導統御提供參考。 本研究採分層隨機抽樣發放紙本問卷440份。研究結果顯示領導者風格與內、外在工作品質間,呈現正相關性,其中以民主的領導風格對工作品質的影響程度最大;在多種工作壓力類型中,以工作負荷與個人發展兩項目對內、外在工作品質正向影響程度最大,在個人發展表現之相關性最為明顯。
The force structure of the national army is based on the thinking of "fighting, dressing, compiling and training" in response to the threat of enemy situation and the pattern of war, combined with the weapons and equipment preparation period and the allocation of national defense resources, the types and formations of the three armed forces are different, resulting in different military culture. This paper mainly discusses the relationship between the leader's style and work pressure and the difference between the work quality due to different variables in the military organization, and draws up suggestions according to the results obtained by the institute, hoping to provide reference for the leadership of the military organization. In this study, 440 paper questionnaires were distributed by a random sample of stratified samples. The results show that there is a positive correlation between the leader style and the internal and external work quality, in which the democratic leadership style has the greatest influence on the quality of work, and among the various types of work pressure, the positive influence of the internal and external work quality of the two projects with workload and personal development is the greatest, and the correlation in the performance of personal development is most obvious
