本研究目的主要探討陸軍單位領導風格、組織文化對工作績效之影響,本研究主要採取封閉式問卷,以郵寄問卷方式採便利抽樣,共取得384份有效問卷;研究資料採用相關性分析、多元逐步迴歸分析等資料方法進行分析,所得結果如下: 一、性別、軍事教育、階級、服務年資及官科別等在領導風格構面上有顯著差異。 二、組織文化與領導風格呈顯著正相關,並達顯著性影響。 三、組織文化與工作績效呈顯著正相關,並達顯著性影響。 四、領導風格與工作績效達顯著相關,領導風格對工作績效有顯著的影響,其中體制型領導風格 對工作績效有顯著的負面影響,而體恤型領導風格對工作績效則有顯著的正面影響。
This study focuses on army units leadership styles, organizational culture impact on job performance, the present study mainly adopts closed questionnaire, mailed questionnaires to adopt a convenience sample, a total of 384 valid questionnaires; research data using correlation analysis, multiple stepwise regression analysis data measured, the results are as follows: First, gender, military education, class, years of service and official divisions, which are significant differences in leadership style structure surface. Second, the organizational culture and leadership style was a significant positive correlation, and of significant impact. Third, the organizational culture and job performance was a significant positive correlation, and of significant impact. Fourth, leadership style and work performance of significant related leadership style have a significant impact on job performance, in which institutional leadership style has a significant negative impact on job performance, and compassionate leadership style will have significant positive impact on job performance.
