國防部近年積極推動國軍兵力變革,從精實案、精進案、精粹案至勇固案,期能打造小而精、小而巧、小而強的專業化部隊。陸軍後勤單位主要任務為提供補給、保修、運輸、衛生及其他勤務支援,以確保作戰持續力。在面對人力不斷裁減而各項戰備演訓、後勤維修、災害防救及一般勤務並未因此而減少的情況下,探討後勤單位在領導風格、工作壓力與組織承諾之關連性,作為國軍全募兵制後,以建立單位優質的組織運作機制,作為執行勤務規劃之參考。 本研究以陸軍某後勤單位的軍、士官及士兵為實證研究母體對象,透過問卷調查方式,再運用獨立樣本T檢定、單因子變異數分析等有系統之統計方法,實施研究與分析,獲得結果如下: 一、人口統計變數對領導風格、工作壓力與組織承諾只有性別、教育程度未有顯著性差異,其餘均達顯著性差異。 二、領導風格與組織承諾有顯著的正向關係。 三、工作壓力與組織承諾有顯著的正向關係。

The main task of the Army logistics units to provide supplies, warranty, transport, health and other service support to ensure operational sustainability.However,given the situation of reducing in human resources,the consequence is the Work pressure remains unchanged.The relationship between leadership,Work pressure and organization commitment can be used as a study reference when it comes to inspect the organizing structure and mission planning. In this study, a logistics unit of Army personnel for the parent objects empirical research through questionnaire survey, then use the independent sample T test, one-way analysis of variance and other statistical methods system, the implementation of research and analysis, obtained the following results: 1.Demographic variables of leadership Work pressure and organizational commitment only No significant difference in gender education and the rest reached significant difference 2.Leadership has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment 3.Work pressure has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment.
