員工工作投入、工作滿意度與組織公民行為關係之研究-以法務部矯正署臺中監獄為例

摘要


員工是企業組織最大的資產,在知識經濟時代,「人」扮演企業組織最關鍵、最重要的角色,欲使企業組織中的「人」發揮其價值,帶來企業組織源源不絕的競爭力,就必須瞭解組織對組織中「人」的行為影響,基於此動機與目的,探討員工工作投入、工作滿意度與組織公民行為間之關係,期望提供領導者改善內部員工的溝通與共識,進而達成外部顧客滿足的組織創新與績效提升。本研究採問卷調查方式,對象為法務部矯正署臺中監獄員工,時間為106年12月,問卷回收182份,以SPSS統計軟體為工具,採信度分析、描述性統計分析、單因子變異數分析、獨立樣本t檢定及迴歸分析等統計方法做分析。研究顯示:1.員工工作投入對員工工作滿意度產生正向顯著性影響。2.員工工作滿意度會對組織公民行為產生正向顯著性影響。3.不同背景變項之員工對工作投入部分有顯著差異。4.不同背景變項之員工對工作滿意度部分有顯著差異。5. 不同背景變項之員工對組織公民行為部分有顯著差異。

The employees are the biggest property of enterprise organization. People play the important role in the era of knowledge economy. To make the “people” play the value and bring non-stop competitiveness, to understand the behavior impact of organization toward people in it. This study explore the relationship between the job involvement of the employees, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. And provide ways to improve the internal communication and consensus, fill the satisfaction of external customers toward innovation and performances. Releasing the questionnaires was taken as the study way. The target of this is the staff of Taichung Prison. The releasing time was 2017 December and 192 questionnaires were returned. SPSS was used as the statistics software and take reliability analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, one way ANOVA, and independent sample t test and regression analysis to do the analysis. The study have the following results: 1. The positive significant impact of the job involvement toward job satisfaction of the staff. 2. The positive significant impact of the job satisfaction toward organizational citizenship behavior. 3. The job involvement of the staff has statistically significant difference in different background variables. 4. The job satisfaction of the staff has statistically significant difference in different background variables. 5. The organizational citizenship behavior of the staff has statistically significant difference in different background variables.
