隨著社會的快速發展與多元化,犯罪與治安問題影響政治、經濟及社會的發展,犯罪現象的趨勢發展變化更影響整體刑事司法體系及其相關刑事政策。2008年司法院大法官所做成之釋字第653號以來,過去矯正人員對於受刑人的管理與執法,強調威嚴與紀律,逐漸轉變為人權人權與法治的人性化管理。有鑑於此,探討矯正機關組織文化、組織承諾、長官的領導風格對於矯正機關戒護人員工作滿意度之關係,即為本論文之研究要旨。 本研究資料來源係以中部地區矯正機關戒護人員為對象,共發放250份,有效問卷235份,有效回收率94%,利用問卷調查取得數據資料,再以SPSS14.0版本電腦統計軟體進行,敘述性統計、因素分析、信度分析、相關分析、差異分析及迴歸分析。研究結果發現,組織文化組織承諾領導風格與工作滿意度有正向影響。最後據此提出研究結論與建議,期能有助於矯正實務及研究參酌之用。
With the rapid development and diversification of society, crime and public security issues directly affect the development of politics, economy and society. And the development and changes of the trend of criminal phenomena have a strong effect on the overall criminal justice system and related criminal policies. Since the Interpretation of No. 653 made by the Justices of Constitutional Court of Judicial Yuan in 2008, the management and law enforcement by corrections officers which in the past emphasized majesty and discipline have gradually transformed into a humanized management of human rights and laws. In view of this, this study has sought to explore the influence of the organizational culture, organizational commitment, and leadership style on the job satisfaction of correctional officers. The participants of the study were correctional officers working in central Taiwan. A total of 250 questionnaires were issued; 235 valid questionnaires were collected with an effective recovery rate of 94%. Data analyses, including descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability, correlation, variance, and regression analysis, were conducted using SPSS 22.0. The results showed that the organizational culture, organizational commitment, and leadership style had positive effects on job satisfaction. Based on the findings, conclusions and suggestions that can be helpful for future correctional practice and research were proposed.
