遠距教學的定義是一切透過媒體實施的教學活動,這包括函授、廣播、電視、視訊以及網際網路的教學都屬之。而早於1977年,在我國台灣地區即有透過函授、廣播、電視、面授進行教學,並授與正式學位的空中進修專科學制,之後與時俱進再增設網路教學,形成現今的五環式教學方式,並成立二技學院部。本研究即是以空中進修學院的學生為研究對象,使用計量統計方法針對五環教學媒體對學生的學習偏好、滿意度及影響學生對學院整體滿意度的因子,進行探討,期望能對空中學院提出具體的建議,使其在高度競爭的教學市場上持續維持營運優勢。實驗結果顯示五環式教學媒體中對學生滿意度以廣播最具檢討空間,網路媒體則是有最被期待的空間,教學品質將會顯著的影響學生的學習滿意度,而整體滿意度也將影響學生繼續學習及推薦他人的意願,也就是教學品質將會對招生有正向的影響。
Distance Learning is defined as a switch to implement the teaching and learning activities through the media, including correspondence, radio, television, video and Internet of teaching. As early as 1977, in Taiwan that is through correspondence, radio, television, face to face teaching, Called Air Learning Junior College. With the changing times after, joined the Internet media, and updated to Air Learning Institute. Air Learning Institute stressed simultaneously, including correspondence, radio, TV, internet four kinds of distance away from the media, and then combined with teachers face to face teaching, called the Five - Methods of the teaching characteristics .This study is based on the National Taichung University of Science and Technology, attached to the air training Institute students for the study. Use measurement to understand the students on five statistical methods of teaching media preference, satisfaction and impact of learning on institute students' overall satisfaction factor, expect to make specific recommendations for institute, so that in a highly competitive global education market continued to maintain operational excellence. The results show rings teaching media for student satisfaction in order to broadcast the most review space, Internet-based media is expected to have the most space, teaching quality will be significant impact on student learning satisfaction, and overall satisfaction will affect the students continue to learn and willingness to recommend others, that is, the quality of instruction will have a positive impact on enrollment.
