Based on the results of studies on abuse control for Internet platform enterprises, this study constructed an analysis framework for anti-trust control on abusing of Internet platform enterprises. It proposed that the possible effects of platform monopoly on market access should become the focus of anti-trust control on abusing of Internet platform enterprises. According to the research results, the relevant market is defined by traditional demand and supply substitution methods. For abusing recognition, it is necessary to change from structural analysis to behavioral analysis and downplay market share and market concentration indexes.
