The application of anti–monopoly control theories and related laws in the traditional unilateral market to Internet platform enterprises has attracted a lot of attention in theoretical and practical circles. Therefore, the thesis uses comparative analysis method to research on Internet platform enterprises. article The economic theories of the traditional unilateral market may not be suitable for platform enterprises. From the perspective of bilateral market theory, comparative studies have found that Internet platform enterprises have some economic phenomena and economic laws that are different from traditional enterprises. At the same time, combined with the bilateral market theory, we conduct an in–depth analysis of several key issues of anti–monopoly control such as the definition of the relevant market of Internet platform enterprises, the identification of market dominance and the definition of abuse of market dominance, and propose policy recommendations to improve the anti-monopoly control of Internet platform enterprises for my country to formulate anti-monopoly laws in the future.
