女性創業家人格特質、創業能力對創業績效之影響-以領導風格為中介變項

過去傳統的社會創業都屬男性的天下，近年來隨著女性教育水平的提昇加上女性意識逐漸抬頭，越來越多女性會想創業打造屬於自己的一片天。在這個競爭的大環境下，在創業途中會遭受到阻礙，創業者需瞭解在創業過程可能因個人特質而面臨的問題及挑戰，本研究以女性創業家為研究對象，本研究蒐集、整理所有與創業家相關之文獻，並且歸納眾多專家學者之意見，彙整出問卷內容中人格特質、創業能力、領導風格、創業績效之各調查項目，採取問卷調查進行問卷。根據本研究結果顯示，創業家若有先天具有的「和善性」、「開放性」、「外向性」人格特質的人，和後天的「專業能力」、「管理能力」的創業能力透過領導風格的中介效果進而促使創業績效會有所提升。依據研究結果，提出可供未來想創業之女性參考之意見。

In the past traditional society, most of the entrepreneurship were dominated by male. But with the rising education levels and the self-esteem of women, more and more women tend to have their own business. In this competitive environment, entrepreneurs may suffer some difficulties when running the business. So They should understand that they may face some challenges and problems which is influenced by their personalities in the entrepreneurial process. This research investigated the role of women entrepreneur, and the major data items collected personalities, entrepreneurial skills, leadership styles and entrepreneurial performance in this questionnaire survey. This survey shows that if entrepreneurs who have the nature-oriented personalities of agreeableness, openness to experience and extraversion. Also the entrepreneurial abilities through the leadership to promote professional and manage abilities, that would improve the entrepreneur performance. According to the survey, it provides references for women who want to start their own business.
