本研究嘗試採用「女性創業家」觀點來建構營造業女性創業家關鍵行為特質模式,其研究對象區分為兩群。首先,本研究針對台灣營造業、創業家、女性創業家、行為特質、人格特質等相關文獻進行探討與理論基礎,此階段目的是篩選女性創業家關鍵行為特質模式的評選指標,包括:4個主要構面與9個次要構面;第二群則是以AHP問卷為主,本研究選擇8位女性創業家,透過層級分析法測量營造業女性創業家關鍵行為特質模式各評選指標的重要性以及優先次序。 本研究AHP分析結果:(1)在第一層級4個主要構面中,以「領導溝通」的相對權重值最高(0.298),其次依序為:「創新突破(0.269)」、「自主與自律(0.248)」以及「人格特質(0.185)」;(2)第二層級共有9個次要構面,其中排名前5名的次要構面依序為:「溝通能力(0.164)」、「企圖心(0.143)」、「人際影響力(0.134)」、「創新前瞻(0.126)」以及「內控人格特質(0.109)」。
The purpose of this study was to construct the critical behavior traits of female entrepreneur for construction industry by female entrepreneur perspective. The research subjects were divided into two groups. Firstly, we based on the Taiwan construction industry, entrepreneur, female entrepreneur, behavior traits, and personality traits, and to select all evaluation indicators for female entrepreneur critical behavior traits model. Therewere four main dimensions and nine sub-dimensions. Secondly, this study selected eight female entrepreneurs, and used AHP questionnaire to measure the relative weights and priority order from female entrepreneur critical behavior traits model in Taiwan construction industry. The results of AHP analysis showed: 1.There were four main dimensions in female entrepreneur critical behavior traits model. The top three dimensions were“leadership & communication” (weight is 0.298), “innovation & breakthrough” (weight is 0.269), “autonomy & self-discipline” (weight is 0.248). The last main dimension was “personality traits” (weight is 0.185). 2.There were nine sub-dimensions in female entrepreneur critical behavior traits model. The top five sub-dimensions were “communication competence” (weight is 0.164), “ambition” (weight is 0.143), “interpersonal influence” (weight is 0.134), “innovation capability” (weight is 0.126), and “internal locus of control personality traits”(weight is 0.109).
