員工是企業最重要的資源,企業為了永續經營,必須提升員工的滿意度。本研究以建設公司為研究對象,目的旨在探討領導部屬交換關係、組織承諾、工作投入與工作滿意度,經由過去文獻整理建立觀念性架構,採用網路問卷調查方式實施調查,共回收200份問卷,剔除無效問卷34份,有效問卷為166份,有效問卷率達83%。利用SPSS 20.0來進行資料分析,所採用的分析包含信度分析、敘述性統計分析、相關分析、獨立樣本T檢定、單因子變異數分析與迴歸分析等方式進行資料分析。 本研究結果如下: 一、 領導部屬交換關係對工作投入具顯著正向影響。 二、 組織承諾對工作投入具顯著正向影響。 三、 工作投入對工作滿意度具顯著正向影響。
Employees are the most important resource for the company, enterprises in order to sustainable development, must enhance employee satisfaction. In this study, the purpose is to investigate the relationship between LMX leadership, organizational commitment, job involvement and job satisfaction based on the construction company. Establish a conceptual framework through the collation of the past literature review. Implement surveys using online questionnaires, there are 200 questionnaires recovered, excluding 34 invalid questionnaires, there are 166 valid questionnaires, and the effective questionnaire rate is 83%. Use SPSS 20.0 for data analysis. The analysis used includes reliability analysis, narrative statistical analysis, correlation analysis, independent sample T test, single factor variance analysis and regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows: 1. The exchange relationship between leaders and subordinates has a significant positive impact on work input. 2. Organizational commitment has a significant positive impact on work input. 3. Work input has a significant positive impact on job satisfaction.
