海峽兩岸隨著改革開放政策的施行、貿易的往來,台商赴大陸投資的活動以是不可避免的趨勢。然而,兩岸的文化差異和經濟體系有明顯差異,使得台商在規劃與執行管理時,對於人力資源方面有些許阻礙。故本研究希望針對兩岸員工工作價值觀、組織內部服務品質、領導者和員工互動關係探討此三變項對於工作滿意度之影響,以協助改善台商在大陸管理困境並提升經營績效。本研究針對兩家製造業和一家電子業進行研究,其結果發現不論是台灣員工亦或大陸員工,兩岸員工的工作價值觀、組織內部服務品質、領導者和員工互動關係對於工作滿意度皆有顯著影響。
With improving relations across Taiwan Strait, business is thriving. Hence, Strait Taiwanese investment in mainland China is inevitable. However, such differences in culture and economy make it difficult for Taiwanese people to plan and execute management, especially in human resources. Therefore, this study is to explore how the three variants, Work Values, Internal Service Quality as Leader-Member Exchange in the hope of improving the plight of Taiwan businessmen in PRC and business performance management. In this study over two manufacturers and one electronics industry, it is easily found that the three variants, Work Values, Internal Service Quality along with Leader-Member Exchange do influence the work performance, no matter what their nationality is.
