外銷供應商能力對出口績效影響之研究-以檢驗單位公證性為干擾變項

The Study Between Export Supplier’s Ability and Export Performance – Quality Audit Notarization of the Testing Services as Moderating Variable

摘要

本研究發放500份問卷審查，其中扣除無效問卷共8份，共計有效問卷為492份，回收率為98.4%。資料採用：敘述性統計、信度分析、效度分析、因素分析、相關分析、單因子變異數分析、差異性分析、迴歸分析等分析方法。研究結果為以下四點：一、外銷供應商能力對出口績效具有顯著正向之影響。二、檢驗單位公證性對出口績效具有顯著正向之影響。三、檢驗單位公證性對外銷供應商能力與出口績效具有中介效果。四、不同人口統計變項對外銷供應商能力、出口績效與檢驗單位公證性具有部份顯著性差異存在。最後，根據本研究驗證結果，對未來研究提出相關建議跟講評。

This study was making a thorough inquiry about the relationship between export supplier’s ability, export performance and quality audit notarization of the testing services in Taiwan areas. For questionnaire survey, there were 500 questionnaires in total were issued, 492 questionnaires were available and 8 questionnairs were unavailable, the effective recovery rate of 98.4%. analysis data was used according to narrative statistics, reliability and validity analysis, factor analysis, single factor analysis of variance, correlation analysis, difference analysis, regression analysis and the other analyzing methods. The final research results were as followings: (1) Export supplier’s ability and export performance had a significant positive correlation. (2) Quality audit notarization of the testing services and export performance had a significant positive correlation. (3) Quality audit notarization of the testing services had the effect of mediation with export supplier’s ability and export performance. (4) Different demographics had a part of significant difference among supplier’s ability, export performance and quality audit notarization of the testing services. Finally, according to the results of this study, recommendations for future research were noticed and advised.
