台灣的太陽能熱水器產業區分為專業代工與自有品牌等兩大產業型態,如何找出各自發展所需注意的問題並提升競爭力,就成為了本研究所關注之議題。本研究針對台灣的太陽能熱水器產業廠商寄出問卷,回收問卷共21份,由所回收之問卷進行AHP分析法與蜂群聚類演算法進行廠商之投資方向,再加以分析並探討如何面對該發展方向未來的問題。 經由本研究使用蜂群聚類演算法後求出各類之群心,將專業代工與自有品牌分為三種發展情形,在實證中並經由一間受訪公司之實際填寫案例敘述,結果發現該公司未來專業代工為第一群,而自有品牌所注重之開發性向為第三群,因此可參照本研究所列之注意方向進行經營上的修正。
Taiwan's solar water heater industry zone is divided into two types of Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) and Own Branding & Manufacturing (OBM). The study focused on how to pay attention to their development and enhance its competitiveness. In this study, the solar water heater industry, manufacturers in Taiwan has been sent a questionnaire to them. There are 21 companies answer the questionnaire. The preliminary approach used Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to reorganize the data from questionnaire. The bee-based clustering(BBC) can compute the clustering center.The difference between ODM and OBM is found. To express the solution of the BBC model, a new investigated company is studied and analyzed through our approach. It is found that this company ODM is at the 1st cluster and the OBM is at the 3rd cluster. We can refer to this analysis to adjust the direction of management for this company.
