本研究旨在探討以低成本塑膠製集熱板製作的太陽能光電與熱水複合系統(PVT),改良原有太陽電池與集熱器之封裝機構過程,利用PVT模組應用於強制循環熱水系統與自然循環熱水系統進行分析,發現其主要能源效率可達50%以上。本研究在探討熱傳效率的同時,也探討了循環泵的單一感測器控制以及流量控制。本研究也對成本與效益進行評估,分析在不同電價下,其成本回收年限變化。
This research aims to explore the solar photovoltaic and hot water composite system (PVT) made of low-cost plastic heat collectors. We improve the original solar cell and heat collector packaging mechanism, and use PVT modules to apply in the forced circulation hot water system and the natural circulation hot water system, then the result revealed that its main energy efficiency can reach about 50%. While discussing the heat transfer efficiency, this research also discusses the single sensor control and flow control of the circulating pump. This research also evaluates costs and benefits, and analyzes the changes in the cost recovery period under different electricity prices.
