The purpose of this study was to explore the mediation effects of job involvement within servant leadership and job satisfaction on job performance. There were 160 samples from someone university students with full-time job, which was were analyzed by descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis and hierarchical regression. The results were as follows: 1.there was the partial mediation effect of job involvement on the job satisfaction to job performance. 2.there was the full mediation effect of job involvement of the servant leadership to job performance.
