摘要

本研究從現代化研發管理角度，審視中共在反裝甲飛彈之發展歷程，並依循武器全壽期理論基礎，剖析中共具有導引功能的反裝甲武器的機動性及高度準確性，在戰場中能以相較極小之成本癱瘓昂貴的敵軍地面武力，例如戰車、裝甲車等。在地面戰爭中，具有導引功能的反裝甲武器一直是各國仰賴的重要武器之一，從西方國家延伸至第三世界國家，各國部隊所編配的數量，動輒都以百千顆做為單位，可知各國對於具有導引功能的反裝甲武器的需求與重視。在具導引功能的反裝甲武器中，由於導控系統的加入，反裝甲武器的命中率大幅提升，在設計上希望能達到一枚投射武器可以至少摧毀一至兩個地面武器，所以對於精準度相當的要求。另外，研發搭配威力驚人穿甲高爆彈頭，對於具有強大防護力的裝甲車及戰車，也將能夠輕易的摧毀，足見中共近年在武器研發管理之精進。
