技專校院學生能源科技與環境永續內涵項目分析之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討技專校院學生能源科技與環境永續內涵項目分析之研究。因此,本研究的目的為建構能源科技與環境永續內涵項目。為達本研究之目的,首先探討相關文獻,實施標準化開放式訪談,針對產官學研界之專家學者(20位)採用「德菲法(Modified Delphi technique)」問卷技術,及應用層級分析法(AHP;25位)調查相關產業之內涵項目,篩選出正式的能源科技與環境永續內涵項目問卷,能提供給推展技專校院學生提升科技與社會基礎科學能力與培育人才之相關參考資料。本研究結論為(一)能源科技與環境永續內涵項目為10大內涵項目及72項子項目。(二)經由層級分析後之權重依序為(1)能源發展與永續利用、(2)能源利用與生態環境、(3)節能減碳、(4)能源政策、(5)能源態度、(6)環境認知、(7)替代性能源與環境、(8)能源認知、(9)核能與環境、(10)傳統能源與環境。(三)72項子項目內前10大項目重要排序為(1)能源供給系統的安全性、(2)能源消費行為符合永續性、(3)促進能源多元化、(4)合理調整能源結構、(5)開發無汙染之新式能源、(6)執行能源效率管理、(7)環境保育、(8)尋找新的可替代能源、(9)強化地方產業經濟、(10)種樹植林減碳。

This study aims to explore the research of content of energy technology and environmental sustainability project analysis to university students. Because people's lived quality was improved as Taiwan's economic development, In general, the large energy demand resulted in lack, the energy was ninety-six percent to be dependent on imports, and continued to increase. For effective utilization of the limited energy, how to promote energy education, publicity efforts, saves the energy, improved energy efficiency, energy recycling and so on, are all urgent needs. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to construct of content of energy technology and environmental sustainability project. First of related literature, and implementation of standardized open-ended interviews, for industry, government and academic experts (20). To use the "Modified Delphi technique" and "Analytic Hierarchy Process" of the questionnaire to investigate the ability of projects related industries. It selected officially energy technologies and environmental sustainability content item questionnaire, hope to provide extended university students to upgrade their technological and social capabilities and nurture talent basic science related reference materials. In conclusion, the content of energy technology and environmental sustainability project analysis to university students had 72 projects and the 10 child capacity. Analytic Hierarchy Process by the weight of the order of (a) development and sustainable use of energy, (b) energy utilization and ecological environment, (c) reduce carbon emissions, and (d) energy policy, (e) energy attitude, (f) Environmental awareness, (g) alternative energy and the environment, (h) energy awareness, (i) nuclear energy and the environment, (j) of traditional energy and the environment. The 72 sub-competency projects before 10 (1) the security of energy supply systems, (2) actions are consistent with sustainable energy consumption, (3) to promote energy diversification, (4) reasonable to adjust the energy structure, (5) development The new pollution-free energy, (6) the implementation of energy efficiency management, (7) environmental conservation, (8) search for new alternative energy, (9) to strengthen the local industrial economy, (10) plant species of forest carbon reduction.
