綠色會展城市意象研究

Research on the City Image for Green MICE

摘要


會展產業的興起,造成各國開始不斷地開發大型商業建築,以肆應商務旅客需求,為城市帶來經濟的發展及意象的改變;然而,對環境的衝擊亦同時發生。本研究主要是透過次級資料分析法及半結構式深度訪談法,探討綠色會展的發展及重要性,和如何以綠色會展為核心產業去建構一個綠色的城市意象。文獻資料首以「5W1H」分析法,萃取綠色會展城市意象的關鍵語彙,再透過詮釋結構模式(ISM)建構綠色會展城市意象階層圖,最後以層級分析法(AHP)探究綠色會展城市意象評估準則之排序。得到綠色城市意象主要有專業、設施、外在、訓練、服務、行銷、旅遊及綠色等8個意象;及綠色設施、綠色環境、綠色文化、綠色行動及綠色城市等5個評估準則;本研究結果可供相關單位建構及評估綠色會展城市意象之參考。

Owing to the rising of the MICE industry, all countries are starting to build the huge business buildings for business needs. MICE industry can enhance the development of economy and image for the city which will make strong effects on the environment. This research is not only aimed at investigating development and importance of the city image for Green MICE through methods of secondary qualitative study and semi-structure interview, but also constructing the city image for Green MICE on the base of Green MICEs. Concluded the results, firstly, the city image of key vocabularies for Green MICEs are extracted by 5W1H analyzed. Secondly, the sequences, the hierarchy structure, and evaluation criteria of city image for Green MICEs are analyzed by using analysis tools of ISM(Interpretive Structural Modeling) and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) respectively. Finally, the city images for Green MICEs are profession, facility, extrinsic, training, service, marketing, tourism and green and the 5 evaluation criteria are green facilities, green environment, green culture, green initiatives and green city, etc. The results and recommendations could be referenced whom may be concerned.
