粽葉清洗機之創新設計開發

摘要


本研究主要目的為設計開發一套創新粽葉清洗機。研究先以文獻資料探討市面上既有粽葉種類與特性,並彙整國內有關粽葉清洗機相關專利,歸納出現有功能種類與機構設計方式,依此作為本研究粽葉清洗機發想建構之依據,同時透過訪談法從中了解傳統粽葉清洗機既有結構以及相關設計需求。隨後運用系統工程手法循近漸進完成設備設計與開發,包含初步草圖、2D/3D圖繪製、研究透過應力分析法,經由材質、固定點、施力點、網格等設定條件,確認各機構設計可行性,隨後再進行各零組件實際製作組立完成研究之創新粽葉清洗機,最後藉由系統整合測試結果證明粽葉清洗機機構與功能皆已符合預期設計目標,其伸降機構設計刷毛間距差可調整3.7 公分,使用時規皮帶替換原有橡膠皮帶減少打滑機率,水槽結構有助於濾沙與排沙效能,過濾抽屜結構替換原有簡陋過濾方式,研究依此設計流程除能大幅改善現有粽葉清洗機存在的缺點,更可整體提升工作效率外,未來更可作為其他相關系統設計之參考依據。

The fundamental purpose of this study is to develop an innovative Zongye washing machine. The existing varieties and characteristics of Zongye on the market are discussed according to literature data, and the domestic patents about Zongye washing machine are compiled to conclude the existing function types and mechanism design modes, based on which the Zongye washing machine is developed in this study. The existing structure and design requirement of traditional Zongye washing machine are learned about by interview. The equipment design and development are completed progressively by using system engineering technique, including preliminary sketch, 2D/3D drawing. The design feasibility of various mechanisms is confirmed by stress analysis and material, fixed point, application point and grid settings. Afterwards, the parts and components are made and assembled to complete the innovative Zongye washing machine. Finally, the system integration test result proves that the Zongye washing machine mechanism and function meet the expected design objective. The elevating mechanism design brush spacing difference can be adjusted for 3.7 cm. The original rubber belt is replaced by timing belt to reduce the probability of slip. The water tank structure contributes to sand filtering and sediment removal. The original simple filtration is replaced by filtering drawer structure. The defects in the existing Zongye washing machine can be remedied greatly by this design process, and the overall working efficiency is increased. This design process can be used as reference frame for designing relevant systems in the future.
