協助陶瓷產業轉型產業文化館—以市拿陶藝有限公司為例

摘要


陶瓷工業一直以來是臺灣重要的傳統產業之一,但隨著中國改革開放之後,台灣陶瓷逐漸由建築陶瓷類轉型為藝術陶瓷類;近年來政府推廣文化創意產業也開始用創新轉型的概念來翻轉鶯歌的陶瓷產業;位於鶯歌的市拿陶藝有限公司自創業以來,始終秉持著『教育傳承、美學文化、產業推廣』的精神,期望藉由轉型為產業文化館保存陶瓷產業的歷史文化。 本研究以設計思考作為切入點,結合應用工具,以日本陶瓷產業的發展策略作為楷模,推導出屬於市拿陶藝之轉型設計概念,協助企業成功轉型為產業文化館,並協助其後續設計規劃事項,以此文化館保存鶯歌陶瓷產業文化、推廣藝術美學並藉由以設計為出發點的生活陶瓷產品之親民性,有效地讓更多民眾認識與體驗陶瓷工藝的涵養,使民眾參訪後能夠進一步瞭解藝術陶瓷美學,吸引人才投入產業,提升台灣陶瓷產業競爭力,讓更多從國外來訪的朋友看見台灣在陶瓷工藝的實力及用心。

Ceramic industry has always been one of Taiwan's major traditional industries, but since late 1970s, building ceramics has been gradually transformed into art ceramics. In recent years, the government has promoted cultural and creative industries by new innovative ideas, which has reverse Yingge ceramics industry. CHINA ART CERAMIC Co., Ltd in Yingge has been kept its spirits of educational heritage, aesthetic culture and industry promotion since its establishment. The company was expected to preserve historical culture of the ceramics industry by transforming into industry culture museum. This proposal has been started through design and appliances and takes develop strategies Japanese ceramic industry as references to come up with the transforming design concept for CHINA ART CERAMIC Co., Ltd and which has successfully assisted the company in transforming to industry culture museum including its follow-up terms of design. An attempt to save Yingge ceramics industry culture through the museum, to promote the artistic aesthetics by the “peoplephily” of daily-design ceramic products, which is effectively allowing more citizens to experience ceramics intension, so that people can further learn the art of ceramic aesthetics after paying a visit, which is in order to appeal people to the industry and enhance the competitiveness of Taiwan's ceramics industry, so that more friends coming from abroad will see the strength and intentions of Taiwan's ceramics.
