花海節慶活動主題展館建置設計行動研究

展覽理念與規劃，是為大眾、為教育、為增進人類的知識而來。它是面時空的鏡子，是美學生活反映處，它是無私的公益事業，展覽理念與規劃基於此項堅持(黃光男，2006)。本研究主要的目的在於建置一花海節慶活動主題展館，透過節慶活動、主題展館建置設計等相關文獻，分析歸納出適合的設計流程並進行規劃設計。再針對參與的農村社區進行實際的田野調查，解析農村特色以及呈現展館象徵意涵與展示，藉以建構規劃花海節慶活動主題展館並加以實踐。研究結果顯示，依據分析歸納後的設計流程，極適於運用在花海節慶活動主題展館建置設計之中。在設計規劃的過程中，越多設計專業的參與，設計專案越能順利進行。整體設計成果豐碩，參觀人次超過63.9萬人次，增加7.9萬人次，共計設計成果有：展館建置設計圖一套、台中、苗栗地區農村社區田野調查共10處及其農村旅遊路線規劃、規劃展區共4區及詳細的規劃實施步驟與流程紀錄。最後研究成果，可供未來規劃建置農村相關主題展館設計工作者參考。

The planning of exhibition is for the public, education, and for the promotion of human knowledge. Exhibition is a mirror of space and time, it is a reflection of aesthetic of living, and is selfless public welfare. Exhibition should be based on this insistence (Huang Kuang-Nan, 2006). The purpose of this research is to build a festival theme pavilion in Xinshe Flowery Field, the literature contains of festivals analysis, theme pavilion design, than summarize the appropriate structure of design process for the planning and project design. And then, a field survey was implementation in the participating rural communities. Next, analysis of rural characteristics and symbolic meaning showing in the theme pavilion. The results show that the structure of design process was very suitable for the theme pavilion. In the planning stage, the more participation of senior designers, the smoother of the design project implement. The overall project is fruitful, more than 639 thousand visitors,an increase of 79 thousand persons, total of design results are: a set of theme pavilion blueprint, 10 field survey of rural communities and tourism route planning, 4 blocks of rural exhibition areas, and a detailed record of planning, implementation and all the design process. Finally, the research results can be used for the future planning and construction of rural-related theme pavilion designers.
