本研究旨在探討企業內部流程、組織溝通、學習與成長對工作績效之影響,以提供個案G公司未來發展相關策略及改善建議,本案以個案G公司為研究對象,採用深度訪談法針對個案G公司的資深主管進行實際訪談,訪談時間從110年2月開始進行至110年4月5日結束訪談,從訪談內容中了解個案G公司各部門主管在工作上的親身體悟及對公司的看法,並且歸納整理國內外學者相關文獻,彙整出績效衡量指標來進行企業自我評量分析。研究者再以灰關聯分析來進行各構面要素對工作績效之影響程度。因此本研究分析結論如下: (一)「企業內部流程」目前表現最佳的項目是「各部門配合的整合能力」,需加強的項目是「工作目標設定及規劃」。(二)「組織溝通」目前表現最佳的項目是「溝通效能」,需加強的項目是「溝通機制」。(三)「學習與成長」目前表現最佳的項目是「創新產品、品牌及專利」,需加強的項目是「員工教育訓練」。(四)「工作績效」目前表現最佳的項目是「提高客戶滿意度」,需加強的項目是「共創主管部屬公司三贏模式」。
The purpose of this research was to explore the impact of corporate internal process,organization communication,learning and growth on job performance:case G company as an example. In-depth interview method was used to conduct actual interviews with senior executives of company G in the case. The interview time was from February, 2021 to the end of the interview on April 5, 2021. From the content of the interview, we learned about the personal perceptions of the heads of each department of company G in the case and their views on the company, and summarized the relevant literature of domestic and foreign scholars, and compiled performance measurement indicators to conduct self-evaluation and analysis of the company. The researcher uses grey relational analysis to analyze the influence degree of each aspect factor on work performance. The results indicate that (1) The best-performing item of "internal processes of the enterprise" was "the ability of integration of various departments", and the item that needs to be strengthened is "work goal setting and planning". (2) The best performing item of "organizational communication" is "communication effectiveness", and the item that needs to be strengthened was "communication mechanism". (3) "Learning and growth" is currently the best performing project was "innovative products, brands and patents", and the project that needs to be strengthened was "employee education and training". (4) The project with the best performance in "work performance" was "improving customer satisfaction", and the project that needs to be strengthened was "co-creating a win-win-win model for companies under the leadership of the department."
