This study focused on the enterprise internal cultural mechanism that formed according to corporate innovation and analyzed the impact of corporate culture on enterprise innovation capability by the repeated games theory based on current domestic and international study trends. In this paper, enterprise innovation was considered as a system comprising three layers: value, institution, and code of conduct. Corporate culture was integrated with the enterprise operation management system. This study proposed a corporate culture model that can boost enterprise innovation capability. This model allows Taiwan enterprises to make reasonable decisions on boosting their innovation capabilities by leveraging corporate culture. On this basis, this paper analyzed the corporate culture behind the successful innovation of 3M as an example. The research result can provide reference for Taiwan enterprises in building their innovative corporate culture.
