本研究主要探討工作壓力與留任意願之關聯性,本研究採取量化研究,進行問卷施測後共收回有效問卷118份。本研究經由信度分析、相關分析、變異數分析及迴歸分析等實證統計方法,發現重要結論:1. 工作壓力的Cronbach's α信賴係值為0.970及留任意願的Cronbach's α信賴係值為0.957,兩者皆符合文獻研究問卷之信度標準。2.工作壓力與留任意願有顯著正相關。3.工作壓力與留任意願有正向顯著關聯性。4.不同性別、職位類別與婚姻狀況等背景變數受訪者在工作壓力看法上有顯著差異,但是在留任意願看法上沒有顯著差異。5.不同年齡背景變數受訪者在工作壓力與看法上有顯著差異。及6.不同教育程度背景變數受訪者在工作壓力與留任意願看法上都沒有顯著差異。
This study mainly explores the relationship between work stress and stay intention. This study adopts quantitative research. After the questionnaire was administered, a total of 118 valid questionnaires were recovered. Through empirical statistical methods such as reliability analysis, correlation analysis, variance analysis and regression analysis, important conclusions are as follows: 1.The Cronbach's α value of work stress was 0.970 and the Cronbach's α value of stay intention was 0.957. All of them meet the reliability criteria of the literature research questionnaire. 2.There is a significant positive correlation between work pressure and stay intention. 3.There is a positive and significant correlation between work pressure and stay intention. 4.Respondents with different background variables such as gender, job category and marital status have significant differences in their views on work pressure, but there is no significant difference in their intention to stay. 5.Respondents with different age background variables have significant differences in views on work pressure. 6.Respondents with different educational background variables have no significant difference in their views on work pressure and intention to stay.
