智慧型手機成癮相關因素探討

隨著智慧型手機的盛行，現在幾乎是人手一機的時代，由於行動上網的普及與隨處都有WIFI熱點可用，使用智慧型手機的人數越來越多，但伴隨著的問題卻是接踵而來，如沉迷於使用手機、過於依賴手機、沉浸，因而與周遭親朋好友產生疏離感、衝突、耗費過多時間在使用手機上等，諸多不良習性逐漸出現。因此本研究之目的在於，從社會影響及行為控制等不同角度切入，探討產生手機依賴的過程及問題。本研究採用問卷調查法，並以中部某科技大學666位學生為研究對象，透過結構方程模式分析以驗證理論模式與假設。研究結果除驗證手機依賴各相關因素的因果模式外，並發現使用情形是影響手機依賴感最重要的因素，而沉浸是影響使用情形的關鍵因素，此外研究結果顯示目前使用手機所引發的問題，以手機資安焦慮最為嚴重。在理論貢獻上，本研究所提出之理論模式，可以作為後續相關研究的理論參考。在實務貢獻方面，本研究之發現與建議，可以做為醫療或相關輔導單位進行改善與輔導之用。

Nowadays, with the popularity of smartphones and due to the popularity of mobile Internet and the high coverage of WiFi hotspots, the number of smartphone users increased in the decade. Nevertheless, issues related to smartphone usage arose. Therefore, the purpose of the research is to explore the process and problems of smartphone dependence from different perspectives, such as social influences and self-behavior control. This study adopts the method of the questionnaire survey, and the target is 666 students from a university of science and technology in central Taiwan. This study uses the structural equation modeling analysis to evaluate the theoretical model and test research hypotheses. This study finds that usage behaviors are an important factor of smartphone addiction, and immersion is the most important factor of usage. Moreover, this study finds that the most serious problems caused by smartphones are anxious about the information security of smartphones. In terms of theoretical contribution, the theoretical model of this study can be used as references for future researches; in terms of practical contribution, the findings and conclusions can serve as a guide for relevant medical departments.
