The purpose of this study was to understand the impact of volunteer soldiers of the National Military A unit on the Leader-member Exchange Relationship, Locus of Control and Distributive Justice to the Turnover Intention and carried on positive research. We started with a questionnaire survey, used stratified proportionate sampling to extract 280 samples from the volunteer soldiers of the National Military A unit. The statistical analysis included Confirmatory Factor Analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. The major findings of this study were as follows: 1.The more Leader-member exchange relationship tends to coterie relationship, the more the Turnover Intention can be reduced. 2. Under high Distributive Justice, the exchange relationship of coterie will be reinforced and the strength of Turnover Intention will be reduced. 3. The more personality traits tend to Locus of control, the higher the Turnover Intention is. 4.When the Distributive Justice is fairer, it would not bring effects to the Turnover Intention of Locus of control that tend to personality traits.
