This study was conducted using Google Sheets to design a customer satisfaction questionnaire for a Japanese restaurant (izakaya). The questionnaire survey was conducted on customers who came to the store with an effective sample size totaling to 101 using the PLS (partial least squares) method. This paper analyzes the izakaya with the support of the measurement model parameter estimation, measurement model cross-load estimation table, and the measurement model difference validity verification table to perform the first-order measurement model. The izakaya's PLS-SEM structural model path verification table is used to evaluate the second-order structural model. The empirical analysis suggests that reliability meets the second hypothesis with the satisfaction rate of 29.186, meets the third hypothesis with the satisfaction rate of 26.826, and results in passing the evaluation.
