台灣縣市政府警政投入對幸福城市衡量之生產力評估

摘要

本研究主要利用麥氏生產力對 台灣縣市政府警政投入對幸福城市之生產力指數effch、techch、pech、sech及tfpch的估計。實證指出，生產力指數effch、techch、pech、sech及tfpch平均值，分別為1.00489、0.9943、1.05634、0.95471及0.99739。代表在估計期間，受評估的台灣縣市政府警政投入對幸福城市是有-0.261%（=0.99739-1）的生產面生產力惡化。受評估的台灣縣市政府警政投入對幸福城市的生產面總要素生產力指數（tfpch）前5名的縣市為基隆市、桃園市、新竹市、屏東縣和新北市。

This study mainly uses the Malmquist productivity index to estimate the productivity index effch, techch, pech, sech and tfpch of the happy city in Taiwan. The empirical results indicate that the productivity indices effch, techch, pech, sech and tfpch mean value are 1.00489, 0.9943, 1.05634, 0.95471 and 0.99739, respectively. During the estimation period, the assessed politician investment of the Taiwanese city and city government had a production-side deterioration of -0.261% (=0.99739-1) for the happy city. The top 5 counties and cities in the production of the total factor productivity index (tfpch) of the Taiwanese city and city government evaluated by the county and city governments are Keelung City, Taoyuan City, Hsinchu City, Pingtung County and New Taipei City.
