摘要

本研究主要目的是為瞭解企業資源規劃與品質管理對企業營運績效之影響—以台灣機械製造業為例。採用網路google問卷表單問卷調查法，自編問卷為測量工具，從2021年1月開始進行，至2021年4月15日結束問卷調查作業，回收有效問卷總數為181份。本研究將問卷調查所得資料予以用SPSS統計套裝軟體分析，本研究各項假設採用統計分析方法有包括信效度分析、相關分析、單因子變異數分析、迴歸分析。本研究分析結果如下：(一) 企業資源規劃對企業營運績效有顯著性的正向影響。(二) 企業資源規劃之部門資訊整合對企業營運績效有顯著性的正向影響。(三) 企業資源規劃之供應鏈整合對企業營運績效有顯著性的正向影響。(四) 企業資源規劃之生產排程整合對企業營運績效有顯著性的正向影響。(五) 企業資源規劃之物料庫存整合對企業營運績效有顯著性的正向影響。(六) 企業資源規劃對企業營運績效之影響受品質管理之干擾影響。(七) 企業基本資料對企業資源規劃、品質管理、企業營運績效有部分的顯著性差異。

The primary purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of enterprise resource planning and quality management on enterprise operational performance taking Taiwan's machinery manufacturing industry as an example. This research based on a questionnaire survey, using convenient random sampling, in a total sample of 181 in 2021. The data gathered were thus analyzed using descriptive statistics, reliability and validity analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, multiple regression models & ANOVA. The results indicate that (1) Enterprise resource planning has a significant positive impact on enterprise operational performance. (2) The department information integration of enterprise resource planning has a significant positive impact on enterprise operational performance. (3) The supply chain integration of enterprise resource planning has a significant positive impact on enterprise operational performance. (4) The production scheduling integration of enterprise resource planning has a significant positive impact on enterprise operational performance. (5) The material inventory integration of enterprise resource planning has a significant positive impact on enterprise operational performance. (6) The impact of enterprise resource planning on enterprise operational performance is affected by quality management. (7) Demographic variables have partial significant differences in enterprise resource planning, quality management and operational performance.
