本研究之目的在探討國小教師之投資認知、理財行為,及其退休後享年生活規劃之間的關係,擬以大臺中地區的國小教師為主要的研究對象,並採用問卷調查法進行研究。問卷發放係採分層隨機抽樣,共發放560份,收回550份,經統計發現:有效問卷共538份,無效問卷共計12份,有效回收率為96%。 本研究主要對於國小教師之投資認知、理財行為現況與未來退休享年規劃情形進行研究與分析,以了解彼此之間的關係。研究結果發現:一、投資認知對理財行為具有顯著影響。二、投資認知對享年規畫具有顯著影響。三、理財行為對享年規畫具有顯著影響。四、不同背景變項下的國小教師,其投資認知、理財行為及享年規畫具有差異性,尤其是性別不同時,差異性更大。五、投資認知會透過理財行為的中介效果顯著影響享年規畫。
The study taked the primary school teachers in the Taichung area as the research object, and adopts the questionnaire survey method to carry on the research. According to the statistics, it was found that there were 538 valid questionnaires and 12 valid questionnaires, and the effective recovery rate was 96%. This study mainly studies and analyzes the investment cognition, financial behavior and future retirement planning of the young teachers in order to understand the relationship between them. The results show that: First, investment cognition had a significant impact on financial management behavior. Second, investment cognition had a significant impact on the elderly planning. Third, financial management behavior had a significant impact on the elderly planning. Fourth, different background of the primary school teachers, their investment cognition, financial management behavior and the elderly planning was different, especially when the gender was different, the greater the difference. Fifth, investment cognition would be through the financial management behavior of the intermediary effect significantly affect the elderly planning.
