本研究是以浪板裝潢業之玉生鋼鋁公司為例,分析該企業之經營策略與未來經營和發展。本研究方法採用經營策略中的五力分析、SWOT分析以及交叉分析法等,再加上開放式訪談,將受訪業者的想法和意見結合業者的相關建議,分析發展出,適合該企圖之相關經營策略。本研究所得之結論可得知 :一、優勢方面是為個案擁有品質保障、具專業施工、服務具特色。二、劣勢方面為專業人才缺乏、資金投入落後回收速度及市場之狹隘、三、機會方面是具有目標市場的吸引力、習慣改變、經濟能力的調整、交通便捷、及政府鼓勵政策等,四、威脅方面則是由於代工市場漸趨飽和具有眾多替代品之競爭者、近年工安問題嚴重、工時工資亦調高。另外交叉分析中得知 :一、代工業之經營,應維持擁有服務專業、客製化。二、用料調節對創業機制具有正向關係存在,而創業機制對營運利基也具有正向關係存在,其施工時用料調節對營運利基變數之間是具有正向關係存在。
This study taked Yusheng Steel and Aluminum Company in the corrugated board decoration industry as an example to analyze the business strategy and future operation and development of the company. This research method adopts the five forces analysis, SWOT analysis and cross-analysis in the business strategy, plus open interviews. The thoughts and opinions of the interviewees were combined with the relevant suggestions of the industry, and the analysis was developed, which was suitable for the attempt. Related business strategies. The conclusions of this research caugh be learned: 1. The advantages were quality assurance, professional construction, and distinctive service for the case. 2. The disadvantages were the lack of professional talents, the backward recovery speed of capital investment and the narrow market. 3. The opportunities were the attractiveness of the target market, the change of habits, the adjustment of economic capacity, convenient transportation, and government encouragement policies, etc. In terms of threats, the foundry market had gradually become saturated with competitors with many alternatives, work safety problems had been severe in recent years, and working hours and wages had also been increased. In addition, we learned from cross-analysis: First, the management of the generation industry should maintain professional and customized services. 2. The adjustment of materials used had a positive relationship with the entrepreneurial mechanism, and the entrepreneurial mechanism also had a positive relationship with the operating niche. The adjustment of materials used during construction had a positive relationship with the variables of the operating niche.
