旅遊路線規劃一直以來是一個被關切的主題,相關研究分別提出各具特色的創新應用。而本研究所提出的平台,結合了QR Code、Google Maps及Web 2.0之概念,可以依據使用者所輸入之旅遊資料,規劃出一條最符合使用者需求之規劃路線。此規劃演算法會找出包含必經景點以及次要景點之最適路徑,並利用Google Maps展示出景點間之街道路徑及詳細道路說明。 為了了解使用者對於本系統的使用滿意度,本研究以科技接受模式為基礎設計問卷,採用「問卷調查法」並以SPSS統計套裝軟體為分析工具,以使用過本平台之嶺東科技大學資訊管理系及資訊科技系的學生為研究對象,探討旅遊興趣對於知覺有用性、知覺易用性、使用態度傾向及使用意圖是否會產生正向影響。一共發放183份問卷,回收174份(包含11份無效問卷及163份有效問卷),回收率為95%。 研究結果發現,「興趣」會對「知覺有用性」有正向影響,但對「知覺易用性」不具影響力,而「知覺易用性」除了會影響「知覺有用性」外,也與「知覺有用性」共同影響使用者對系統的「使用態度傾向」。「知覺有用性」與「使用態度傾向」則皆會正向影響使用者對於系統的「使用意圖」。

Travel route planning has always been a subject of concern, related research were made distinctive and innovative applications. This study's platform combines QR Code, Google Maps and the concept of Web 2.0. The platform can let users input the users' travel information, and then compute out a plan path that best meets the needs of users. The planning algorithm can find the optimal path that includes inevitable attractions and secondary attractions. The use of Google Maps shows attractions, the street between attractions, and detailed description of the street. In order to understand the satisfaction of system use, we designed the questionnaire based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and use the SPSS statistical package as the analysis tool. The object of study is the students of Ling Tung University of Department of Information Management and Information Technology. Here, we want to explore whether or not the tourist interest can have the forward influence in the “Perceived Usefulness”, “Perceived Ease of Use”, “Attitude Toward Use” and “Intension to Use”. A total of 183 questionnaires were issued and 174 questionnaires were returned (Contains 11 invalid questionnaires and 163 valid questionnaires), the returns-ratio was 95%. The SPSS results showed that the “Interest” will have the forward influence to “Perceived Usefulness”, but does not have the influence to “Perceived Ease of Use”. The“Perceived Ease of Use” besides will affect “Perceived Usefulness”, also with “Perceived Usefulness” combined affect the users' “Attitude Toward Use” to the system. Finally, “Perceived Usefulness” and “Attitude Toward Use” will have the forward influence to the users' “Intension to Use” to the system.
