實作自動化豐年蝦孵化器

Implement Brine Shrimp Auto Incubator

摘要


豐年蝦是幼魚的主要飼料之一,若頻繁餵食幼魚將導致豐年蝦消耗速度過快,故擴大豐年蝦的產量有其必要性。由於豐年蝦的傳統孵化步驟需要透過人工操作調整,且整個孵化過程需耗費18至24小時,故繁雜且耗時。因此若要提供足夠的豐年蝦作為幼魚主要的飼料需花費過高的時間成本。為減少豐年蝦孵化的時間成本,本論文係透過建置一套豐年蝦自動孵化器,實作上以Arduino為開發的作業系統,導入自動化系統用以取代傳統的孵化流程,簡化孵化程序。實驗結果驗證藉由自動化流程的設計取代傳統人工孵化流程,是可以縮短豐年蝦孵化時間,同時也縮短在飼料餵食所耗費的時間。

Brine shrimp is one of the main feeds for juvenile fish. Frequent feeding juvenile fish will lead to rapid consumption of brine shrimp, so it is necessary to expand the production of brine shrimp. Since the traditional hatching steps of brine shrimp need to be adjusted by manual operation, and the whole process takes 18 to 24 hours. Tradition hatching process is complicated and time-consuming. This thesis builds a set of automatic brine shrimp incubator, in order to reduce the time cost on hatching brine shrimp. Arduino be selected as the operating system to develop an automatic brine shrimp incubator in practice. An automated system is introduced to replace the traditional hatching process, simplify the hatching procedure. The experiment results verified that by replacing the traditional artificial hatching process with the automated process. Then, the hatching time of brine shrimp can be shortened. Also the time spent on feeding the feed can also be shortened.
