室內繁殖鋸齒長臂蝦之幼苗完全變態研究

摘要

鋸齒長臂蝦是屬於小型的長臂蝦科蝦類，其地理分佈包含印度西部、緬甸、爪哇、香港、台灣及日本。本種蝦多棲息於珊瑚礁岩海岸，有時也出現於養殖池中。本研究之種蝦採自國立澎湖技術學院之養殖池，在室內水湯25-27℃及鹽度33-350‰的條件下進行培育。蝦苗孵化後經過五期的蚤狀幼體階段，在第十四天變態為底棲性的後期蝦苗。

Palaemon serrifer is a small shrimp and belonging to family Palaemonidae. The species distributes in west India, Burma, Java, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Japan. The habitats of P. serrifer are reef coasts, rocky coasts and breakwater regions, sometimes can be found in aquaculture ponds. In this experiment, adult shrimps were obtained from aquaculture pond of National Penghu Institute of Technology. Under the temperature of 25-2T℃, salinity 33-35‰, larvae of P. serrifer went through five zoeal stages and metamorphosed into the postlarval stage in the 14th day after hatching.
