本研究利用Google表單設計竹山武財神廟體驗價值問卷。因此,針對來廟顧客進行問卷調查,有效樣本為108份。本文利用武財神體驗價值PLS-Algorithm 路徑係數估計、及武財神體驗價值PLS-Bootstrapping路徑檢定進行二階結構模型路徑評鑑。由實證結果可知,竹山武財神體驗價值對竹山武財神顧客滿意度為0.8990,T值為38.9960,符合假說1。竹山武財神顧客滿意度對竹山武財神顧客忠誠度為0.7750,T值為6.3660,符合假說2。竹山武財神體驗價值對竹山武財神顧客忠誠度為0.1470,T值為1.0650,未符合假說3。部分通過評鑑。因此,竹山武財神體驗價值對竹山武財神顧客忠誠度無法通過評鑑。
This study used Google Forms to design the survey of Questionnaires in the temple of The Zhúshān God of Wealth. However, a questionnaire survey was conducted for customers who came to the temple, and the effective samples were 108 data. This paper uses the PLS-Algorithm path coefficient estimation of the God of Wealth experience value and the PLS-Bootstrapping path verification of the God of Wealth to evaluate the path of the second-order structure models. From the empirical results analysis, it can be seen that the experience value of the Zhúshān God of Wealth to customer satisfaction is 0.8990, and the T value is 38.9960, which is match with Hypothesis 1. The customer satisfaction degree of the Zhúshān God of Wealth to customer loyalty is 0.7750, and the T value is 6.3660, which is match with Hypothesis 2. The experience value of The Zhúshān God of Wealth to customer loyalty is 0.1470, and the T value is 1.0650, which does not meet Hypothesis 3. The Partially missed the evaluation of satisfaction. Therefore, the experience value of the Zhúshān God of Wealth to Customer loyalty could not attained to the evaluation survey.
