本研究利用Google表單設計台灣沉香觀光園區體驗價值問卷。因此,針對來台灣沉香觀光園區顧客進行問卷調查,有效樣本為107筆。本文利用台灣沉香觀光園區體驗價值PLS-Algorithm 路徑係數估計、及台灣沉香觀光園區體驗價值PLS-Bootstrapping路徑檢定進行結構模型路徑評鑑。實證結果可知,台灣沉香觀光園區體驗價值對台灣沉香觀光園區顧客滿意度為0.8970,T值為44.8150,符合假說1。台灣沉香觀光園區顧客滿意度對台灣沉香觀光園區顧客忠誠度為0.8480,T值為8.2580,符合假說2。台灣沉香觀光園區體驗價值對台灣沉香觀光園區顧客忠誠度為0.0890,T值為0.8190,未符合假說3。部分通過評鑑。由於本文有效問卷資料筆數太少,因此,體驗價值對台灣沉香觀光園區顧客忠誠度無法通過評鑑。
This research uses Google Forms to design of the questionnaire survey in Taiwan's Agarwood Sightseeing Park. However, a questionnaire survey was conducted for customers who came to Taiwan's Agarwood Sightseeing Park, the totally effective samples are 107 data. This paper uses the PLS-Algorithm path coefficient to estimated of the experience value of Taiwan Agarwood Sightseeing Park and the PLS-Bootstrapping path verification of the experience value of Taiwan Agarwood Sightseeing Park to evaluate the structure model path. The empirical results shows customers satisfaction degree of 0.8970 and a T value of 44.8150 in the Taiwan's Agarwood Sightseeing Park, with Hypothesis Analysis 1. The customer satisfaction degree of Taiwan Agarwood Sightseeing Park to Taiwan Agarwood Sightseeing Park's customer loyalty is 0.8480, and the T value is 8.2580, which is make sense with Hypothesis 2. The experience value of Taiwan Agarwood Sightseeing Park to the customer's loyalty of Taiwan Agarwood Sightseeing Park is 0.0890, and the T value is 0.8190, which does not meet Hypothesis 3. Partially its missed the evaluation. Because of the number of valid questionnaires in this article is too less. Therefore, the experience value to the customer loyalty of Taiwan's Agarwood Sightseeing Park could not pass the evaluation test.
