偏鄉醫護人員對雲端照護系統認知與使用意願之研究

健康促進及預防疾病的政策，影響民眾的健康和生活品質，根據衛生福利部的資訊，每筆健康照護的花費中，只有3％用在健康促進和疾病預防活動上，估計每五年健康照護費用會加倍。然而，台灣偏鄉地區的醫療資源缺乏、人力不足，雲端照護系統之運用更顯其重要性。本研究針對偏鄉醫護人員對雲端照護系統之認知與使用意願，探討不同的人口背景變項對於認知與使用意願之影響、以及其差異情形，經由問卷調查方式蒐集115位醫護人員意見，並以敘述統計、變異數分析、t檢定、相關分析及迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料分析。研究結果顯示如下：一、人口背景變項之「婚姻狀況」與「工作年資」對於使用雲端照護系統之認知存在顯著差異。二、人口背景變項之「性別」、「年齡」、及「婚姻狀況」及對於使用雲端照護系統之意願存在顯著差異。三、醫護人員雲端照護系統之使用認知正向顯著影響其使用意願。

Policies for health promotion and disease prevention affect people’s health and quality of life. According to the Ministry of Health and Welfare, only 3% of each health care expenditure is spent on health promotion and disease prevention activities. It is estimated that every 5 years, health care Fees will be doubled. However, due to the lack of medical resources and manpower in remote rural areas of Taiwan, the application of the cloud care system is even more important. This study aimed at the cognition and willingness to use the cloud care system among medical staff in remote rural areas, and explored the influence of different demographic background variables on cognition and willingness to use, as well as their differences. The opinions of 115 medical staff were collected through a questionnaire survey, and the data were analyzed by statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, analysis of variance, t test, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows: 1. There are significant differences in the perception of the use of the cloud care system in terms of “marital status” and “work experience” as demographic background variables. 2. There are significant differences in the “sex”, “age”, and “marital status” of the demographic background variables and the willingness to use the cloud care system. 3. The use cognition of medical staff’s cloud care system positively affects their willingness to use.
